  • Dylyver is a modern peer to peer on demand ride sharing platform. You can quickly request a ride wherever you are, the closest driver will accept your request and the desired vehicle will be at your door step in minutes. Get to your destination quickly, safely and in comfort.
  • With the help of our smartphone app Dylyver enables the connection between drivers and riders. You can use the Dylyver Drive app to initiate a taxi ride, choose a destination and vehicle category that you want, follow your trip from pick up location to destination, split ride payments with your friends, set your friend’s location as trip destination, monitor your historical rides, schedule future rides, chat and call a driver and so on.
  • You can easily register in the Dylyver app or on our web page. Creating a Dylyver account requires an active phone number. Once you enter your number, we will send you an SMS code to verify that its yours. Fill in your first and last name, if applicable add the user ID of the person who invited you to the program, create a password and agree to terms and conditions and our privacy statements. And you are all set.
  • If you are unable to register because your email or number is already registered, please get in touch with us using the contact page on our web page. It's possible that you've already registered for Dylyver account. Try restoring your password if that is the case.
  • Just head to the Google Play store and follow these steps.
    1. Press the Google Play icon.
    2. Press the search bar, type Dylyver, then tap Search.
    3. Select the Dylyver icon and tap install.
    4. After app installation is complete, tap open.
  • Just head to the Apple App Store and follow these steps:
    1. Press the Apple App Store icon.
    2. Select Search icon, type Dylyver in the search bar.
    3. Select Dylyver icon, tap Get and then tap Install.
    4. When the installation is complete, install will change to open. Tap open.
  • 1) Enter your destination in the “Where to?” box or shift the red pin to your required destination. Your default pickup point is set to your current location. If required, you can always change it. 2) Choose the trip options at the bottom of the screen, including vehicle category, payment method, number of people traveling and time of the trip. 3) Tap Request and wait for a driver to accept your request. 4) When a driver accepts it, you will be able to see his location on your map and his/her estimated time of arrival. 5) Your app will notify you when your driver has arrived to pick you up.
  • Swipe left and right the vehicle categories on the bottom side of the screen to view different vehicle options and their details and choose the one that best suits your needs. Vehicle categories that you can choose from are: Standard, Premium, SUV, Minivan, Bus.
  • Dylyver taxi service is available to our users globally. You can already download the Dylyver from iOS and Android app stores in most countries in the world. We are continuously growing our User base and onboarding new Drivers in various cities around the world. It may take some time for us to build a user and driver base in your city. Please help us expand in your city, spread the word and earn referral bonuses from every trip that your referred users and drivers make globally.
  • You may request one vehicle at a time. If you’re requesting a ride for a large group of people, you can select an SUV, Minivan or Bus that fits 7+ people. You can also ask others in your group to use their Dylyver accounts to request additional vehicles. This is a great opportunity to invite your friends. Refer your friends and you will earn referral commissions from their every ride.
  • You can easily contact your driver through the Dylyver app. Next to the driver’s details you will find a messaging and phone icons. Choose the best contact method and get in touch with the driver.
  • When you request a ride, the app will set your current position as pickup location. If you need a different pickup location: 1) After pressing “Where to?” label tap on the current location text in on the map. 2) Enter a new pick up address or choose your desired location on the map.
  • Yes, to split a fare equally between you and your friends you need to: 1) Request a ride. 2) Tap the info bar at the bottom of the screen. 3) Tap split fare and enter the names of the friends you want to split the fare with.
  • You will see your driver’s info and vehicle details in your app. Tap the info bar at the bottom of the screen, it will display the driver’s name, his/her photo, vehicle model, license plate number and vehicle photo. We have developed a new AR technology to help you quickly find your driver in a fun and secure way. After your driver arrives to pick you up, press the “Find Driver” button and point your mobile on the road. You will see an arrow pointing to your driver. Just follow the signs and you will see a Dylyver pin next to your vehicle!
  • Off course. If you have set cash payment as your payment method of choice when requesting a ride then you can pay your driver with cash the amount shown on your screen at the end of the trip.
  • Additional charges may apply to your trip, including tolls, surcharges, or other fees. At the beginning of the trip the driver will notify if there are any toll roads on the way and whether you would like to take another route. If you choose to take the toll road you will need to pay the toll amount at the end of the trip in cash directly to the driver.
  • Ratings allow us to ensure a great experience for all users of the application. Drivers that get low ratings can eventually lose access to the Dylyver service. You will be able to rate your driver from 1 to 5 stars at the end of each trip.
  • You can cancel a ride at any time before or after driver accepted your request. To cancel before you are matched just tap “Cancel trip” at the bottom of the screen and the ride request will be cancelled before reaching a driver. To cancel after driver accepted your request: 1) Tap the driver info bar at the bottom of the screen 2) Tap “Cancel Trip”. 3) Confirm the cancellation.
  • You may be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel the trip 5+ minutes after your driver accepts the trip or in case the driver arrives to the pick-up location and must cancel the trip after 10+ minutes because you don’t show up.
  • After the trip, we automatically send a receipt to your email address that we have on file. If you aren’t receiving receipts, check the spam or junk folder of this email address. If you find Dylyver emails there, mark them “not junk” to ensure that future emails arrive in your inbox. Your Dylyver personal account includes a trip history and receipts of every ride you’ve taken.
  • If you would like to delete your account please let us know by filling out a form on the contact page. After 1-2 days your account will be deactivated and permanently deleted. Please note that Dylyver may retain certain information after account deletion as required or permitted by law.
  • You can easily sign up to drive in Dylyver Driver app or from your account on If you haven’t done so already, create a Dylyver account and pass a quick driver verification process.
  • To start driving with Dylyver you need to submit an application with some personal and vehicle related information. Here is a short list of the required documents:
    • Your vehicle data and pictures
    • Copy of a valid vehicle registration certificate
    • Copy of a valid vehicle insurance in your name
    • Copies of your driver’s license and passport
    • Copies of your criminal and driving record
    • Copies of private hire permit and vehicle permit (where applicable)
  • Its simple. Go to the Dylyver Driver app and tap “Go online” at the bottom of main page. This way you will start being visible to the users and can receive new ride requests.
  • Just tap “Go offline” at the bottom of main page. This way you will stop being visible to the users.
  • When you are online you will get ride request pop ups with trip and user details that will have a green pulsating “Accept” button in the middle. You will have several options when you get a ride request: 1) Accept the ride by tapping on the “Accept” button and head to pick-up location. 2) Ignore the ride request by tapping X on the right side. 3) Do nothing and the ride request pop up will automatically disappear after after 15 seconds.
  • When you arrive at the agreed pick-up location tap “Arrived” button in the middle of the screen, wait for the rider to get into the car and then press “Start” to start the trip.
  • When you arrive at the destination tap “End Trip” button in the middle of the screen and wait for the rider to get out of the car. You can then accept new rides. If the rider has chosen cash as the payment method then please take the amount shown to you on the screen from the rider in cash.
  • You can contact your rider through the Dylyver Driver app. Next to the rider’s details you will find chat and mobile icons. Tap the best contact method and get in touch with the Rider.
  • Dylyver app continuously sends updates to the rider about your position. When you arrive to the agreed pick-up location please press “Arrived” and the app will notify the rider that you are waiting outside. Also, you can get in touch with the rider via chat or phone call.
  • In case you are not able to find your rider at the pick-up location or you believe that the address is wrong please contact the passenger using the phone call or message icons in the Drive app to clarify the pick-up location.
  • Dylyver takes 15% as commission from each transaction. This amount is needed to fund future growth of the platform, pay for marketing expenses and distribute as referral bonuses to our users and drivers.
  • Depending on your country you will be able to withdraw your earnings whenever you want in multiple ways, including: sending your earnings directly to your bank account or withdraw the funds to Dylyver debit card.
  • Dylyver marketing program has been developed to help company grow its user and driver base and at the same time provide all participants of the platform an opportunity to generate continuous earnings whilst using Dylyver taxi services. With Dylyver marketing program you earn commissions from every single ride that your referred passengers and drivers make globally.
  • Referral program is a 3-level program, where you earn continuous commissions from every single ride that was completed by your referred Drivers. To participate in the referral program, you just need to invite new drivers to Dylyver using your referral ID or referral link. In referral program you can earn the following commissions on each of the levels:
    • You earn 2.5% commission from every ride completed by your personally invited drivers (Direct referrals).
    • You earn 1.5% commission from every ride completed by drivers on the 2nd level (2nd level referrals).
    • You earn 1.5% commission from every ride completed by drivers on the 3rd level (3rd level referrals)
  • The leadership program is an 8-level incentive program, where you earn commissions from every user taxi ride and every new tariff purchase in your network. To participate in the leadership program, you just need to invite new users and partners to Dylyver using your referral ID or referral link. Your commission depends on the level you are currently at in the leadership program and the difference between your level and your direct partner’s level.

    As a new user of the Dylyver program you start on level zero of the leadership program. On this level you earn commissions only from your direct partners that you invited personally into the program.
  • In order to move up the levels you need to accumulate leadership Units. You collect Units when you and your partners invite new users to Dylyver platform. One unit equals 30 newly registered users. You need 1 Unit to get to first level, you need 6 units to get to second level and so on.
  • The table below shows the commissions that you are entitled to from every ride of users in your network and the Units you need to get to that level.

  • In order to accelerate your growth in the leadership program and rapidly move up the levels you can optionally purchase one of leadership tariffs in your personal account on Dylyver webpage. You have three options to choose from:

  • Absolutely. By participating in the Dylyver marketing program you are entitled to receive commissions and units from every single tariff purchase made by partners in your network. You get 1 unit for every standard tariff purchase in your network, you get 2 units for every premium tariff purchase in your network and you get 4 units for every deluxe tariff purchase in your network.
  • None whatsoever. The more people you invite into the program the higher will be your income stream from your network.
  • Absolutely. We encourage you to invite not only local passengers and drivers, but also international users as well. What can be better than earning commissions from your referrals that use Dylyver services in countries with much stronger currencies?
  • It all depends on your dedication and efforts as well as the number of people you invite and their consumption levels of Dylyver services. The more people in your network order taxi rides or work as drivers the more income you will generate. By having a well-developed network, you can expect to earn anywhere from 500 to 6000 EUR per month or equivalent in another currency.
  • That easy. Download the Dylyver User or Driver app from Apple or Google Play store, sign up and start inviting your friends using your referral ID or referral link. You can also invite friends from your personal account on Dylyver webpage.
  • Open your Dylyver Driver or User app and in the left side menu press “Invite Friends”. On the page that follows you can choose to share the link with Users or with Drivers. If you choose to invite Users your referrals will download the Dylyver User app, if you choose to invite drivers your referrals with download the Dylyver Driver app.
  • Participation in the Dylyver marketing program is completely free. Just invite users and drivers to Dylyver and earn commissions from their every ride.
  • Open Dylyver User or Driver app and press “Wallet”. There you will see your balance and all the commissions that you received from the Referral Program. In your personal account on Dylyver webpage you can check your balance and commissions that you received both from Referral Program and Leadership Program.
  • The income that you generate from Dylyver marketing program is made available to you immediately after every individual transaction. You can withdraw your referral earnings from your personal account on Dylyver webpage.

    You can withdraw your earnings directly to any bank account around the world or order a Dylyver debit card. Minimum withdrawal amount is 100 EUR or equivalent in another currency.
  • Dylyver debit card gives you instant access to your referral earnings. Using Dylyver debit card you can easily make online purchases, pay anywhere where Mastercard is accepted and withdraw funds in any ATM around the world.
  • Dylyver debit card is issued by our partner, MIR Limited UK. When you decide to withdraw your earnings, just choose MuchBetter wallet as your payout method. Once you send the amount to MuchBetter, you will receive an SMS prompting you to download the MuchBetter application.
